Jedná se o sadu mechanismů, které společně slouží k sjednocení optických os optických zobrazovacích a osvětlovacích prvků. Tyto optické osy nejsou zpravidla totožné s mechanickými osami. Toto sjednocení je naprosto nezbytné pro úplnou justáž mikroskopových systémů. Pomocí těchto mechanismů je možno: - posouvat osvětlovací optické prvky v radiálním směru a otáčet s nimi okolo osy axiální, - naklánět osu zobrazovacích optických prvků ve dvou nezávislých směrech.

The mechanisms enable: - shifting with the optical components for illumination in a radial direction and rotating about the optical axis, - tilting of the mechanical axis of the optical components for imaging in two independent directions.
