Abstract

The core unit of the Processor module creates i.MX535D 32-bit ARM-based microcontroller from Freescale. The used microcontroller is power supplied by Power management block which provides all required voltages and controls power-on and under and over voltage scenarios. The memory system is realized by 4 DDR3 RAM memories and single Micron e·MMC 32GB memory. Ethernet interface is provided by Ethernet driver IC LAN8720A. Numerous other interfaces for external peripherals are connected to interface connector and are available for interconnection of external peripherals.
