Original Abstract

Článek se zabývá problematikou legislativní, majetkoprávní a finanční stránky železniční infrastruktury ve vztahu ke struktuře měst a krajiny. Vyřazení části železniční struktury z dopravní sítě otevírá mnoho možností pro využití uvolněných ploch. Možnosti zužitkování těchto ploch jsou zkoumány metodou research by design.

English abstract

The article deals with the legislative, property and financial aspects of railway infrastructure in relation to the structure of cities and the loandscape. Removing part of the railroad structure from the transport network opens up many options for using these kind of areas. The possibilities of using these areas are explored by research by design method.
