Original Abstract

Sudden voltage sag (voltage decrease) is common phenomena in grid. Voltage sags can significantly influence electrical equipment connected to the grid. In this paper we present the method for experimental generation of the voltage sags. We utilize pragrammable AC power source California Instruments CI 15003iX. In this paper we analyze the voltage sags effect on induction machine operation. We present the description of experimental setting together with results of induction machine sensitivity to voltage sags.
