Porpose of the article is taken from the side of the global trend in the IPO and is directed at increasing attention to its non-financial factors. However, there is no advanced analysis how far these factors are infuencing key investors decisions. Non-financal factors have a significant and irreplaceable role in the deepening of force ageinst the competition. At present, these factors gain much more imprtatnce across all industrial sectors than they did in the past. The survey sas conducted through a structured interview and questionnaires of 50 institutional investors, including portfolia managers, stock analysts and directors and 50companies in Poland during the period of Octorber 2016 - August 2017.
