Original Abstract

The article deals with the use of financial literacy education as a tool for human resource management in the company. It deals with the development of the companies' employees in order to improve the management of their personal finances. Since financial literacy is a set of knowledge, skills, attitudes and values necessary for the citizen to financially secure himself and his family in contemporary society and to act actively on the financial products and services market. A financially literate citizen is focused on money and pricing issues and is able to responsibly manage a personal or family budget, including managing financial assets and financial commitments in view of changing living conditions. Such training in a corporate environment contributes to the stabilization and loyalty of individual workers. In the first part, the article deals with the analysis of the questionnaire survey from the point of view of employees on the use of employee benefits and in particular orientation on current or future consumption. And then it suggests the possibility of such an extension or streamlining of management style or stimulation of workers through training programs in the corporate environment.
