Original Abstract

Durch die histologische Untersuchung von Geflügelerzeugnissen verschafft man die Übersicht über das Vorhandenseit von einzelnen Anteilen. Bei den Knochenteilchen wurde mit Bild-Analyse-System auch quantitative Untersuchung gemacht.

English abstract

Histological methods serve differentiation and identification of individual parts of poultry products. Quantitative examination of bone particles has been carried out - image analysis.
