Zkušební stanice je určena pro snímání signálu akustické emise v průběhu pracovního cyklu pneumatického válce. Stanice je připojena na rozvod tlakového vzduchu. Stanice umožňuje rychlé a tuhé upnutí zkoušeného válce. Válce je možné zkoušet v zatíženém i nezatíženém stavu. Pomocí snímačů je zabezpečeno snímání počtu zátěžných cyklů a aktuální poloha pístu. Snímače akustické emise jsou připevněny na povrch válce pomocí sady upínek nebo jsou přilepeny. Stavebnicový systém umožňuje přizpůsobení stanice různým rozměrovým řadám válců.

The test station is designed for sensing the acoustic emission signal during the working cycle of the pneumatic cylinder. The station is connected to a compressed air distribution. The station enables fast and rigid clamping of the test cylinder. The cylinders can be tested in both loaded and unloaded condition. Sensors are provided with a number of load cycles and current piston positions. Acoustic emission sensors are attached to the surface of the cylinder by means of a set of clamps or are glued. The modular system allows the station to be adapted to different dimensional rows of cylinders.
