Original Abstract

Managin the rehabilitation at former industrial sites is a challenge that can connect past and future. The fundamental principle of Access ( or not) of this operation is the quality of the projecs, as well aws the social acceptance of the intervention made. The balance between use and conservation is the keys-word, taking in consideration that the point of equilibrium is different from place to placve, and along the time.
