Metodika je zaměřena na hodnocení funkce a příp. stupně poškození konstrukčních prvků pneumatických mechanismů – přímočarých pneumotorů (válců) pomocí metody akustické emise. Byly detailně vysvětleny a popsány pracovní cykly válce, představeny možnosti využití zkušební stanice pro testování širokého spektra pneumotorů a navržen algoritmus vyhodnocování provozního stavu válců. Uplatněná metodika byla vypracována jako komplexní postup pro standardizování zkoušek pneumatických válců.

The methodology is focused on the evaluation of a function and damage degree of the pneumatic mechanisms – linear pneumotors (cylinders) using acoustic emission method. The working cycles of the cylinder were explained in detail and the possibilities of using a test station for testing of a wide range of pneumotors were presented. Finally, an algorithm for the evaluation of the cylinder operating condition was proposed. As a complex procedure for standardization of pneumatic cylinder tests this methodology was developed.
