Original Abstract

The paper deals with the impact of weakly magnetic materials on MR tomograph field homogeneity. Method of magnetic susceptibility determination for materials giving no MR signal by means of induced inhomogeneity is discussed. The results obtained by Finite element method (FEM) modelling as well as data measured by MR tomography are introduced.
