Original Abstract

Non-linear systems may be characterized by the multiple bias points. A lot of methods were developed for finding all dc solutions. Efficiency of the proposed graphical methods is not very high. Application of this method on the large-scale system is not generally possible. Iteration methods can be used on this problem, but computation severity is very great and cannot often find all dc solutions. Replacement of the original non-linear characteristics by piecewise-linear (PWL) function is one method how we can find all dc solutions. One possible way is presented in this paper.
