Original Abstract

The method of creating additional hydroinsulating injected screen in wet masonry is nowadays one of the most widespread methods used to protect buildings from rising wetness. Application of this method is not only fast but also quite inexpensive. There is almost none harm done to the construction in the process. That fact makes this method ideal for treating old buildings, which couldn´t stand more aggressive way of treatment. The only impact in the masonry is drilling horizontal line of drill holes into which is then the gel applied. Main object of this paper is to examine dependence of functionality of individual injection screens on spacing factor of various kinds of the most commonly used types of masonry.
