Original Abstract

Four terminal impedance measurement eliminates the influence of parasitic impedances caused by transition resistance between electrode and measured environment. This makes possible to study smaller changes of impedance, and, thus, improvements of accuracy and resolution of measurements are achieved. To be able to work out four electrode measurements with multiple electrode quartets, the automatic switching apparatus should be developed.
