Abstract

V oblasti zpracování a analýzy biomedicínských signálů (např. patologické řeči) je často potřebným krokem analýzy tzv. regresní analýza Pro tento účel je v současné době používáno mnoho sofistikovaných technik. Software pro optimalizaci regresní analýzy (RGST) poskytuje uživateli možnost jednoduché a rychlé optimalizace zvoleného regresního algoritmu. Software RGST poskytuje 5 různých regresních technik: metoda klasifikačních a regresních stromů (CART), metoda ordinální regrese (OR), metoda lineární regrese (LR), metoda regrese založené na algoritmu podpůrných vektorů (SVMR), metoda regrese založené na Gaussových procesech (GPR). Software poskytuje 10 světově uznávaných metrik pro hodnocení kvality regrese (gini index (GI), absolutní chyba (AE), střední absolutní chyba (MAE), kvadratická chyba (SE), střední kvadratická chyba (MSE), atd.

Abstract in English

In the field of biomedical signal processing (e.g. pathological speech signal processing), often it is necessary to use binary regression analysis. For this purpose, the researchers nowadays use multiple sophisticated regression techniques and metrics to evaluate regression models. Regression grid search tool (RGST) provides an easy and fast way to optimize selected regression model. Software RAT provides 5 possible regression techniques: Classification and Regression Trees (CART), Ordinal Regression (OR), Linear Regression (LR), Support Vector Machines Regression (SVMR), Gaussian Process Regression (GPR). It also provides 10 metrics for evaluating quality of regression process: Gini Index (GI), Absolute Error (AE), Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Squared Error (SE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), etc.
