Produkt je zejména zaměřen na identifikaci možných bodů a procesů akvizičního procesu JMK, v rámci jejichž změny nebo nového pohledu může dojít k jeho zefektivnění. Významnou část produktu proto tvoří popis a následná analýza procesu, poté jsou popsány doporučení na možné změny a návrh jejich implementace.

The product is mainly focused on the identification of possible points and processes of the acquisition process of Soth Moravian Region, within which changes or new perspective, it may get more efficient. A significant part of the product therefore consists of a description, and the subsequent analysis of the process, then recommendations for possible changes and suggestions for their implementations are described.
