Original Abstract

Objective of each company is to ensure profit, smooth cash flow and maintain market value in the competitive surroundings. Therefore, in order to monitor the development of individual financial indicators, it can be used on the field of financial analysis. It is therefore generally specific that financial analysis is an important tool for assessing the financial development of the company. Through the use of statistical methods, which can be on the grounds of input values, which were achieved in the past, and current forecasts of corresponding sector development, regard to the strategic management of the company, to determine the predicted financial developments for chosen construction company.
