Zařízení bylo sestaveno s cílem zefektivnit řezání izolačních matric z polyesterových vláken. Tavná řezačka disponuje podkladovou deskou a konzolovým ramenem. Řezání matric se provádí pomocí vertikální tavné tyče. Zdrojem pro řezání je běžně dostupný zdroj. Ověření zařízení bylo předmětem Inovačního voucheru ID 26298 a byla zjištěna časová i technologická výhodnost nástroje v porovnání s jinými běžnými řezacími nsátroji manuálními i elektrickými.

The device was built with the aim to streamline the cutting of insulation matrices of polyester fibres. Heat cutter has the underlying plate and console.
