In the paper, a filter bank modulation technique, called Filtered MultiTone (FMT), is presented. FMT is a MultiCarrier Modulation (MCM) alternative to the currently used Discrete MultiTone (DMT) and Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) techniques.
