Zesilovač pro tenzometr slouží k zesílení a úpravě signálu z pasivního snímače tlaku, který je umístěn v testovacím přípravku. Signály, které zesilovač zpracovává, jsou jak dynamického tak statického charakteru, a proto je kladem velký důraz na linearitu převodu signálu, šířku frekvenčního spektra a časovou stabilitu převodu. Tenzometr je z bezpečnostních důvodů nainstalován 10 20 m od zesilovače, jehož vstupní impedance je rovna 1 M?. Zesilovač je navržen tak, aby potlačoval vnější rušivé vlivy, které vstupují na tuto vzdálenost do měřeného signálu. Zařízení je dále vybaveno referenčním zdrojem pro tenzometrický snímač s nadproudovou ochranou, přepínatelným vstupním filtrem, změnou zisku a automatickým nulováním signálu před počátkem měření. Tenzometrický zesilovač je již průmyslově vyráběn a instalován do dvou produktů firmy OZM research s.r.o.

Amplifier for strain gauge is used for amplification and adjustment of output signal from passive pressure sensor. This sensor is located in a tested sample. Signals, which have to be processed by the amplifier, are both static and dynamic. For these reasons the high linearity of the amplifier is required. Other demanded parameters of the amplifier are wide frequency bandwidth and high time stability. The strain gauge is installed 10 20 m for from amplifier with the input impedance 1 M? mainly for safety reasons. The amplifier is designed to keep down the external interferences generated on passage of the signal through the so long cable. The realized amplifier is also equipped by the reference DC power source for the strain gauge sensor, which contains current limiter. The amplifier is also equipped by switchable input filter and a circuit for the automatic reset before measurement start. The amplifier for strain gauge is already in production and is implemented into two different instrument produced by OZM
