Original Abstract

The paper is a part of a project dealing with merging radar reflectivity data from multiple sources and distribution of the results to aircraft. Intervals of incoming data will be varying and thus the total radar image will contain areas of obsolete data. Forecasting algorithms must be applied to predict evolution in the obsoleted areas. The paper covers data processing for subsequent application of nowcasting prediction.
