Original Abstract

Požadavky na energeticky úspornou výstavbu spějí k téměř nulovým domům. Téma se týká také municipalit. K tomuto je potřebná legislativní základna daná vyhláškami a normami. V současnosti tento trend reflektují také obení a městská zastupitelství. Článek přináší informace o skutečnostech, které tento proces doprovázejí.

English abstract

Requirements for energy-saving construction are almost zero energy houses. The theme also applies to municipalities. This is the necessary legislative base of the regulations and standards. Currently, this trend also reflects the obení and the city attorney's Office. The article provides information about the facts that accompany this process.
