Užitný vzor je orientován na biotechnologickou produkci suché inaktivované biomasy karotenogenních kvasinek druhu Cystofilobasidium capitatum CCY 10-1-2. Biomasa je bohatá na obsah proteinů, lipidů a nenasycených mastných kyselin, karotenoidních pigmentů, sterolů a dalších nutričně významných látek. Kmen je schopen vysoké produkce obohacené biomasy.

English abstract

Product is oriented to the biotechnological production of inactivated dry biomass of carotenogenic yeast Cystofilobasidium capitatum CCY 10-1-2. Biomass is rich in proteins, lipids and unsaturated fatty acids, the carotenoid pigments, sterols, and other nutritionally important substances. The strain is capable of high biomass production.
