Realizovaná technologie vychází z kategorie rezonančních adhezních testerů posuzujících přilnavost kola ke kmitající plošině podle metodiky EUSAMA. Konstrukce testeru je však upravena s ohledem na řešení tlumení u moderních vozidel a zlepšující se stav pozemních komunikací. Testování technického stavu závěsu vozidla na každém kole zvlášť probíhá na základě hodnocení velikosti přítlačné síly mezi kolem a kmitající plošinou. Buzení plošiny je řešeno vačkovým hřídelem poháněným elektromotorem. Tester je osazen snímačem síly a natočení vačkového hřídele pro měření potřebných veličin k analýze.

The technology is based on the range of resonance adhesion testers. These units evaluate the adhesion of wheels to the vibrating platform according to the EUSAMA methodology. However, the design of the tester is adjusted with respect to design of modern vehicles suspensions and improved condition of surface of roads. Testing of technical condition of the vehicle suspension is based on evaluation of the amount of contact force between the wheel and the oscillating platform on each wheel separately. Excitation of the platform is ensured through camshaft driven by an electric motor. The tester is equipped with a force transducer and shaft rotation transducer for acquiring of necessary physical quantities for the analysis.
