Original Abstract

The paper is dealing with general problem of masonry survey and brick identification based on dimensions, visual similarity and marking. It familiarises the readers with brick masonry elements which have been used in Bohemia and Moravia during the 19th century and emphasises the fact that the secondary use of these masonry elements considerably complicates their proper classification.
