Laditelný podprahový bulk-driven transkonduktoru pracuje s velmi nízkým napájecím napětím v rozmezí 0,5 V až 0,25 V, s velmi nízkou spotřebou, s rozsahem vstupního napětí rail-to-rail. Hodnota transkonduktance bulk-driven transkonduktoru je nastavitelná a laditelná pomocí navrženého řídicího obvodu.

English abstract

The invented tunable subliminal bulk-driven transconductor operates with very low supply voltage in the range of 0.5 V to 0,25 V, with a very low consumption, with rail-to-rail range of the input voltage. The transconductance value of the bulk-driven transconductor is adjustable and tunable through the mediation of a proposed control circuit.
