Vyvinutý funkční vzorek senzoru slouží k měření ekvivalentní teploty různých režimech. Funkční vlastnosti senzoru vycházejí z normy ISO 14505-2. Konstrukčním požadavkem na senzor byla miniaturizace do rozměru 20x20mm pro integraci do interiéru vozu. Měření ekvivalentní teploty může být prováděno buď v režimu regulace na konstantní tepelný tok (konstantní topný výkon, výpočet dle změřené povrchové teploty) nebo regulace na konstantní povrchovou teplotu (výpočet dle dodaného topného výkonu).

The functional specimen is used to measure the equivalent temperature in several different modes. The parameters of the sensor are based on ISO 14505 2 standard. Target sensor size requirement was 20x20mm because of integration into the car interior. Equivalent temperature measurement can be performed either in the constant heat flux control mode (constant heating power, calculation according to the measured surface temperature), or constant surface temperature control (calculation according to the supplied heating power).
