Original Abstract

Today's highly competitive environment forces companies to pay attention to the needs of quality and human resources to be sustainable. This article presents the authors' opinion regarding the relationship that exists between total quality management, human resources management, competitiveness and ISO 9000 and the impact of this relationship on the sustainability of the business. The proposed conceptual models help companies to improve of business efficiency and understanding of the relationship between the practices.
