Abstract

The developed software platform provides the tool for management of all data received from smart meters / sensors / actuators (based on communication protocols as Wireless MBUS, SIP, ZigBee, BLE etc.). Created middleware application (acting between meters and end users) is based on OSGi Knopflerfish framework and therefore is not restricted for only one specific hardware platform. The platform is able to run on different computational power-constrained Linux-based embedded devices supporting the Java programing language.
