Original Abstract

The European Union recognizes the need to integrate innovation into their program. The main reason is the ongoing slowdown in the European economy. The present article analyzes the innovation in manufacturing industry of building materials. The purpose was to establish share and cooperation possibilities of the various operators on the market. Data was used from the Czech Statistical. Methodology related to this statistical survey is distributed in the international manual "Oslo Manual 2005", which was initiated by the OECD.
