Original Abstract

This paper provides an introductory insight into the purchasing management of a construction company, aiming to identify important aspects related to the creation of a corporate purchasing model. Analysis and discussion are conducted within the context of the performed literature review, which also includes selected studies focused on corporate purchasing in the Czech construction industry.
