Original Abstract
The paper is focused on findings obtained during the observation of changes in the properties of cement and polymer-modified cement mortars due to a pozzolana-active admixture having been used. Specifically, pozzolanic admixtures based on amorphous and mineral silicon dioxide were used as well as both natural and technogenous pozzolans. In order to explain the obtained results and to gain new information about the microstructure of the mixtures being studied, the following was performed: SEM sampling, RDA analysis, DTA and high-pressure mercury intrusion porosimetry.
