Original Abstract

Investment activity is very important for the economic development of a country. To the important sources of financing investment processes belong national and international public finance. Management of these resources must be performed very carefully and in compliance with the law. Building projects are complex and require a suitable procedure at all stages. This chapter focuses on the pre-investment phase - the process of evaluation criteria selection used to award works contracts.
