Original Abstract

This paper presents a microfluidic system integrated into the chip for separation of monosaccharides. The chip consists of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and glass (Pyrex) with integrated gold electrodes for amperometric detection. The chip was tested by the separation of glucose and fructose.
