Successful firms are able and willing to effectively integrate risk management at all levels of management process. Experience of leading international companies convincingly proves that the stability of business development and improve management are impossible without the active use of risk management as an integral part of the company's management. This paper reveals the social, political and organizational factors of the risk management that underpinned the success of the ACS Group.
