Ověřená technologie popisuje způsob výroby tepelně izolačních žárovzdorných materiálů pro odlévání prefabrikovaných dílců. Technologie umožňuje napěnění ztekuceného materiálu použitím napěňovací přísady, která při míchání zabezpečuje provzdušnění směsi. Vytvořený napěněný materiál je následně odlit do formy potřebného tvaru, kde dojde k ztuhnutí směsi a zafixování vytvořené pěnové struktury. Dílec je po odformování vysušen a vypálen do slinutí. Takto je možné vyrábět izolační prefabrikované dílce z různým typů žárovzdorných materiálů (kamnářský šamot, vysocehlinitý šamot, dinas) různých klasifikačních teplot a objemových hmotností.

Verified technology describes a method for producing heat-insulating refractory material for casting of prefabricated parts. The technology enables foaming of the liquefied material using a foaming agent which ensures aeration while stirring the mixture. The formed foamed material is then cast into the mold of the desired shape, where occurs the solidification and fixation of formed foam structure. The panel is dried after the removal from the mold and fired to sintering. Thus, it is possible to produce insulating prefabricated components of various types of refractory materials (stove fireclay, high-aluminate chamotte...) of various classification temperature and density.
