Abstract

Zařízení je určeno pro depozici ultratenkých uhlíkových vrstev a dopování polovodičových materiálů (napřiklad GaN, GaAs) v podmínkách UHV. Atomy uhlíku sublimují z HOPG vlákna, které je žhaveno průchodem proudu (I = 55 A). Teplota vlákna je snímána pomocí termočlánků.

Abstract in English

Employing this device ultrathin carbon layers can be deposited and semiconductor materials doped under UHV conditions. Carbon atoms sublime from HOPG filament heated by direct current passing through (55 A) The filament temperature is measured by thermocouple.
