Original Abstract

Cílem projektu bylo změření součinitele přestupu tepla pro různé chladicí systémy a velikosti trubek. Změřené součinitele přestupu tepla byly dále použity jako vstupní hodnoty pro výpočet teplotního pole při použití daného chlazení trubky. Dále byly prováděny verifikační kalící testy na malých vzorcích. Na těchto vzorcích pak byla změřena tvrdost a pozorována mikrostruktura.

English abstract

The goal of the project was to measure heat transfer coefficient for different cooling systems and tube diameters. The measured heat transfer coefficients were applied in the numerical simulation of the cooling process and temperature field was computed for all cooling process. Further, quenching tests with small samples were conducted and the hardness was measured and microstructure was observed.
