Original Abstract

Thin layer transparent electrodes are important for many branches of electrochemistry and electrotechnology. Mostly they are based on tin oxides with various dopants, which increase the electric conductivity. Most frequent dopants are indium oxide, antimony oxide or fluorides, according to which they are labelled as I.T.O., S.T.O. or F.T.O. coatings. Sputtering is now the standard method of their preparation and even the insertion of lithium into I.T.O. was studied on sputtered layers. The aim of presented work is the preparation of SnO2 layers by the spray deposition.
