Original Abstract

Výroba a aplikace stříkaných betonů nachází v poslední době stále většího uplatnění. Jsou neustále vyvíjeny technologie pro aplikaci stříkaných betonů, dochází také k rozvoji samotné technologie návrhu a výroby tohoto druhu betonu. Cílem článku je shrnutí dosavadních poznatků a znalostí o vlastnostech a testování mladého stříkaného betonu. Pozornost bude zaměřena zejména na porovnání vlastností mladého stříkaného betonu testovaného dle ČSN EN 14488-2 a dle postupů používaných mimo Evropu, zejména dle amerického standardu ASTM. Budou srovnávány vlastnosti dosažené pomocí metody zarážení hřebů (tzv. Hilti metoda) a metody testování zkušebních trámců na hydraulickém lise. Na základě dosažených výsledků bude zpracován komparační koeficient mezi těmito dvěma zkušebními postupy.

English abstract

Production and application of shotcrete is recently increasing applications. They are constantly developing technologies for application of shotcrete, there is also the development of the technology itself is the design and manufacture of this type of concrete. The aim of the article is to summarize current knowledge and knowledge about the properties and testing of young shotcrete. Attention will be focused on comparing the properties of young shotcrete tested according to EN 14488-2 and according to the procedures used outside Europe, in particular, according to the American standard ASTM. They compared the properties achieved using the method of driving nails (called. Hilti method) and a method of testing the test beams on a hydraulic press.
