Original Abstract

Současnost vyzývá k optimalizaci celé řady procesů v podniku. Podnikové informační systémy jsou již nedílnou součástí vybavenosti podniku. Jsou vyvíjeny různé metody k identifikaci efektivnosti a efektivity informačních systémů. Informační systémy hrají významnou úlohu pro podnikové prostředí nejen v oblasti ekonomické, nýbrž také sociální, environmentální, ale i řízení a správy - corporate governance. Článek představuje možnost využití metody HOS8 k horizontální analýze (v čase) při optimalizaci tzv. vyváženosti informačního systému podniku, a tím postupně harmonizovat činnosti managementu vedoucích k naplnění strategie a cílů podniku.

English abstract

Currently, time calls for the optimization of a number of processes in the company. Enterprise information systems are an integral part of the facilities of the company. Various methods have been developed to identify the effectiveness and efficiency of systems. Information systems play an important role in the enterprise environment not only in the economic but also social, environmental, as well as governance - corporate governance area. The paper presents the possibility of using the method HOS8 for the horizontal analysis (in time) in the process of optimizing the balance of enterprise information system and this way gradually harmonize management activities leading to achieve enterprise strategy and goals.
