Original Abstract

Předmětem práv průmyslového vlastnictví je design krytu obráběcího stroje. Podstatou tohoto návrhu je asymetrické dělení dveří umožňující přístup ke stroji umístěnému uvnitř spolu s nekonvenčním řešením ovládacího panelu. Celkový vzhled umocňuje plynulé prohnutí přední části krytu obráběcího stroje, které nabourává jednotný a unifikovaný design těchto strojů. Celkový vzhled krytu podporuje unikátnost a nadčasovost tohoto konceptu.

English abstract

The subject of industrial property rights is the cover design of the machine tool. The essence of this proposal is different widths allowing access to the machine placed inside along with an unconventional solution to the control panel. The overall look is enhanced by the smooth bending the front cover of the machine tool, which undermines a single, unified design of these machines. The overall look of the cover supports uniqueness and timelessness of this concept.
