Original Abstract

Due to pressure on the energy self-sufficiency of each state units on the territory of the EU should be the primary pressure to reduce energy costs for operation and maintenance of buildings, which are owned by the government. What are the motives for these solutions in terms of investor (country) state as the largest investor should lead by example in the implementation of a passive or low-energy private home to the public. What are the investment costs for such implementation? Czech building industry is not prepared in terms of organization and quality of work in such a demanding project?
