Original Abstract
The main objective of the paper is to create an efficient database system that would also serve as a source of information. The proposed system aims to facilitate and simplify the clarity of internal company information about its customers and also about its employees. Furthermore, it also brings the possibility to control workforce planning with regard to individual contracts as well as globally and also with regard to how they meet their deadlines. The marketing approach of the company to its promotion cannot be overlooked, either.
