Abstract

This software pakage contains an efficient implementation of the simulation of ultrasound waves moving though soft tissues. This package is intended for systems with shared memory (laptops, desktops and individual servers) and enables to solve small and moderate domain sizes between 64x64x64 and 1024x1024x1024 grid points. Version 1.1 introduces a few important extensions (new sensor mask, new aggregated sampled quantities, new calculation of acoustic intensity, checkpoint-restart capability).
