Abstract

Slovník (k datu spuštění) obsahoval více než 2300 výrazů, frází a příkladových vět. Je zamýšlen jako zdroj překladu odborných termínů, zejména v oborech činnosti řešitelského týmu. České termíny byly přeloženy pomocí kvalitních odborných česko-anglických slovníků, výkladových slovníků a odborných publikací. Překlad problematických termínů byl ověřen v autentických (anglických) odborných textech. Termíny jsou přeloženy do britské angličtiny, ale pokud je častý i americký výraz, je uveden v poznámce.

Abstract in English

When launched the dictionary contained more than 2300 entries - words, phrases, examples. It is meant as a tool for Czech- English translation of technical texts and papers. Czech terms were traslated using quality Czech -English dictionaries and scientific texts. Translations were verified in authentic English literature.
