Original Abstract

The current trend in the field of materials for vertical building structures is the using of fired brick fittings with filled hollows by thermal insulating material. Fittings achieve a high values of thermal resistance, concurrently, however, the walls built of it are exposed to atmospheric moisture condensation inside the fitting in the winter season. The paper deals with computational simulation and laboratory verification of the moisture behaviour of masonry of brick fittings with filled hollows by fibrous insulating material by duration of boundary conditions of winter season.
