Software for an Automatic Delineation of Isolated Rabbit Heart Electrograms

Program slouží k nalezení hranic komplexu QRS, vlny P a vlny T v elektrokardiografických signálech snímaných na izolovaném králičím srdci. Princip metody je založen na spojité vlnkové transformaci a lineární klasifikaci. Program analyzuje jedno- či vícesvodové záznamy elektrogramů uložené ve formátu *.mat s výchozí vzorkovací frekvencí 2000 Hz. Výstupem programu je datová struktura obsahující pozice vzorků hranic vln v jednotlivých svodech elektrogramů i vypočtené globální pozice v rámci všech svodů.

This software primarily serves to detect positions of QRS comples, P wave and T wave boundaries recorded on isolated rabbit heart. The principle of the method is based on continuous wavelet transform and linear classification. The program can analyze both, single and multilead recordings, saved as *.mat formar with default sampling frequency 2000 Hz. An output of the program is created by data structure, where single and multilead posititions of samples of waves boundaries are included.
