Abstract

Systém je tvořen soustavou vodních trysek. Trysky jsou řízeny pomocí software s využitím znalostí experimentálně zjištěných znalostí chladících charakteristik trysek a tepelného zatížení válců. Sledovanými parametry jsou: teplota provalku po válcování, teploty válců, opotřebení válců a spotřeba chladící vody.

Abstract in English

The system is formed by a set of water nozzles. The nozzles are controlled by software, based on experimentally obtained cooling characteristics of the nozzles and the heat load of the rolls. The monitored parameters are: temperature of rolled products, temperature of rolls, wearing of rolls and cooling water consumption.
