Podstatou vynálezu je návrh magnetoreologického ventilu, zejména konstrukce magnetického obvodu MR ventilu, který v maximální míře brání indukování vířivých proudů v tělese ventilu. Magnetický obvod ventilu musí být navržen z materiálu s dobrou magnetickou vodivostí. Běžným materiálem je zde magneticky měkké železo. Při tomto řešení však nic nebrání indukování vířivých proudů při proměnlivém proudu, protože železo je dobrým elektrickým vodičem. Pro konstrukci je proto nutno volit materiál s vysokou magnetickou vodivostí, ale nízkou vodivosti elektrickou. Velmi vhodnou skupinou materiálu jsou materiály slinuté či vrstvené.

The essence of the invention is to design a valve magnetoreologického particular construction of the magnetic circuit MR valve to maximally prevent inducing eddy currents in the valve body. The magnetic circuit of the valve must be designed of a material with good magnetic conductivity. Common materials there is a magnetically soft iron. In this solution, however, nothing to prevent inducing eddy currents at variable current, because iron is a good electrical conductor. For the construction is therefore necessary to choose a material with high magnetic conductivity, but low electrical conductivity. Very good group of materials are sintered materials or layered.
